Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights, demonstrating the ability to perform tasks in elevated locations
- The candidates should be adaptable to hot working conditions, showcasing the ability to manage and endure elevated temperatures
- The candidates should be non-smoking, adhering to a smoke-free workplace policy
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit reliability, consistently meeting job expectations and deadlines
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops, deleaf, and clean greenhouses
- The candidates should be able to hand-harvest vegetables, perform lowering, and sucker plants
- The candidates should be able to report signs of insect or disease damage, water, and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area
