Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Forklift, Tractor, Planting equipment, and Farm truck
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be capable of performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and have attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and have the ability to distinguish between colours
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and be comfortable working in floriculture production
- The candidates should be able to work outdoors and in wet/damp conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in environments with odours and in hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in cold/refrigerated environments and be non-smoking
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliability and flexibility
- The candidates should be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform greenhouse cleaning and carry out weeding
- The candidates should be able to spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides, and mix and prepare soils
- The candidates should be able to plant bulbs and seeds, and pot and re-pot plants
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean work areas
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops, and examine products for quality and their readiness for the market
