Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products, and assess the health of lawns
- The candidates should be able to apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting with treatment solutions, direct crews who maintain the health and appearance of golf courses and their surrounding landscapes, and examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease
- The candidates should be able to plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental uses, and other purposes, and plant and move trees
