Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner
  • The candidates should be able to assist customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and aiding in purchase decisions
  • The candidates should be able to resolve customer issues and refer concerns where appropriate
  • The candidates should be able to delegate, assist, and follow-up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks, including Section Work, Capping bins, and Stocking picks
  • The candidates should be able to delegate, assist, and follow-up on the completion of price changes and feature sets
  • The candidates should be able to delegate and support with coverage in required areas on the salesfloor as needed, assisting with recovery and zoning activities
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to complete safety sweep logs and ensure displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris
  • The candidates should be able to ensure associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage
  • The candidates should be able to provide training, coaching, and feedback to associates
