Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 hourly

Shifts: 60 to 84 hours weekly

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
  • The candidates should be able to repeat the same movements, including fast, repetitive movements of fingers, hands, wrists and use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry objects

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the minimum marine safety (Seafarers) certifications required by Transport Canada for the specific job
  • The candidates should have excellent attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
  • The candidates should have a strong work ethic with an ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to serve as the first point of contact for all guests on the vessel, demonstrating friendliness, welcoming attitude, patience, helpfulness, and knowledge
  • The candidates should be able to manage the check-in and check-out process for guests
  • The candidates should be able to answer questions and fulfil requests from guests
  • The candidates should be able to assist with administrative tasks at the front desk
  • The candidates should be able to provide support to the store and monitor closed-circuit television (CCT)
  • The candidates should be able to report to the Hospitality Manager or Director
