Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort based in High Level, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Guest service supervisor. Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort is a top-tier hotel offering an array of amenities for both business and leisure travelers. Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to perform same duties as workers supervised
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports
  • The candidates should be able to resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs
  • The candidates should be able to co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • The candidates should be able to hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • The candidates should be able to maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • The candidates should be able to requisition materials and supplies
