Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, dependable, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair
- The candidates should be able to apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
- The candidates should be able to apply hair extensions
- The candidates should be able to clean and style wigs and hair pieces
- The candidates should be able to cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
- The candidates should be able to suggest hair style compatible with client’s physical features or determine style from client’s instructions and preferences
