Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
The candidates should be able to train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food, supervise kitchen staff and helpers
The candidates should be able to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, clean kitchen and work areas
The candidates should be able to manage kitchen operations
The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
