Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Hand tools
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks, pay attention to detail, and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel, handle a large workload, and sit for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and walk for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized, reliable, a team player, and a quick learner
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, and weed
- The candidates should be able to clean work area, harvest crops, and load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, examine product for quality and its readiness for the market, and cut horticultural crops
