Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train cattle effectively, ensuring proper handling and care and handle animals with care and attention to their well-being
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops efficiently to maintain weed control and promote plant growth and pick row and orchard crops with precision and attention to product quality
- The candidates should be able to cut seeds accurately and in accordance with established procedures and write daily basic progress reports documenting their activities and observations
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops using appropriate techniques and equipment and sort and pack fruits and vegetables according to size, quality, and market requirements
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops efficiently, maximizing yield while minimizing damage to the plants and examine produce for quality, ensuring it meets market standards, and preparing it for sale
