Today we seamlessly supplies over 110 million pounds annually of fresh, frozen, and minimally-processed mushrooms into expanded territories throughout North America. Salary: $15.65 to $18.65 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time
Location: Aldergrove, BC
Work site environment: Candidates should work in outdoors, wet or damp and dusty area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Type of crops: Mushrooms
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, manually dexter, able to distinguish between colours, stand for extended periods and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be physically strong and also have hand-eye co-ordination
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to pick row and orchard crops
- The candidate should be able to clean work area
- The candidate should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables and also load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry
