Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
• The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• The candidates should be able to inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, prepare budget and cost estimates
• The candidates should be able to recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services, maintain financial records
• The candidates should be able to receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
• The candidates should be able to assist cleaners in performing duties, establish work schedules
• The candidates should be able to co-ordinate work activities with other departments
