Salary: $19.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 to 44 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization: Cleaning
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in performing repetitive tasks and prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as required and able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and exhibit reliability
- The candidates should show flexibility while being organized
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs as part of their duties
- The candidates should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse efficiently
- The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain cleanliness
- The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks as required
- The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies safely
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens as needed
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures thoroughly
- The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
- The candidates should be able to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months
