Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces, with experience in handling repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be familiar with dusty and cold/refrigerated environments, possessing physical strength and endurance for physically demanding tasks, including handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their work approach while being a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
• The candidates should be capable of mixing, pouring, and spreading materials, as well as assisting heavy equipment operators
• The candidates should assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, while also removing rubble and debris at construction sites
• The candidates should tend or feed machines and equipment used in construction and may be responsible for directing traffic at or near construction sites
