Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience, Health aides/attendants/orderlies, other
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Credentials: Certificate of Conduct, Health Care Aide Certificate, Personal Support Worker Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel, work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and walk
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual, client-focused and dependable
- The candidates should be flexible, able to show initiative and organized
- The candidates should be reliable, able to show patience and honest

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer medications, launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, plan therapeutic diets and menus, and shop for food and household supplies
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals and cook
