Salary: $19.00 hourly for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: North York, ON
Transportation information: Travel expenses paid by employer
Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis and Work in employer’s/client’s home

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years 
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be non-smokers and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of the job, be experienced in handling repetitive tasks, and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should exhibit punctuality in their work and demonstrate a strong client focus in their interactions
• The candidates should be dependable in fulfilling their responsibilities and possess efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should have excellent oral communication abilities and display flexibility in adapting to various situations
• The candidates should show initiative in taking on tasks and exercise good judgment in decision-making
• The candidates should be highly organized in their approach, reliable in their work, and effective team players
• The candidates should have excellent written communication skills and uphold values and ethics in their work

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies, dust furniture, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas
• The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
• The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
