Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to manage repetitive tasks and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and make beds and change sheets
  • The candidates should be able to distribute clean towels, toiletries, and stock linen closets, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and disinfect operating rooms and elevators
  • The candidates should be able to handle and report lost and found items, attend to guest requests, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • The candidates should be able to clean changing rooms and showers, wash windows, walls, ceilings, and address customer complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, hire and train cleaning staff, and co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • The candidates should be able to assist cleaners, supervise and co-ordinate worker activities, and recommend or arrange for additional services like painting, repairs, or equipment replacement
