Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources in progress
Experience: Candidates should have field experience in manufacturing
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be available mainly during the day and be open to supporting other work shifts (evening/night) on occasion
- The candidates should be open to travel in Ontario
- The candidates should be able to work in an environment where change is omnipresent
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate good management of priorities and deadlines
- The candidates should be autonomous and resourceful
- The candidates should have knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and be comfortable with other software such as SAP and Success Factor
- The candidates should have mastery of the French and English language, as this position requires communication with unilingual employees and/or collaboration with factories in the United States and Ontario
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to carry out the full recruitment cycle for operational positions, including telephone interviews, in-person interviews, and pre-employment stages
- The candidates should be able to participate in improvement projects within the HR team, such as developing the Manager’s Manual and Employee Manual
- The candidates should be able to support the team in various areas of human resources management
- The candidates should be able to perform other related tasks
