Requirements:

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and manage contracts
The candidates should be able to manage training and development strategies, oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and respond to employee questions and complaints
The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
