Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and have attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare/post notices and advertisements
  • The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions, and review candidate inventories
  • The candidates should be able to contact potential applicants for interviews, recruit graduates from educational institutions, and coordinate selection and examination boards
  • The candidates should be able to notify applicants of selection results, prepare job offers, and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, negotiate settlements, and coordinate the termination of the employment process
  • The candidates should be able to determine eligibility for entitlements, arrange staff training, and provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs
  • The candidates should be able to supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties and recruit and hire staff
