Transportation information: Own transportation, Willing to travel, and Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home, Various locations, On-site customer service, Relocation costs not covered by employer, and Willing to relocate
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Registered Apprenticeship certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Insurance experience: Property/casualty insurance, Commercial insurance, House insurance

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assess potential institutional, business, or individual client markets to identify opportunities for insurance sales and calculate premiums accurately based on risk factors and coverage options
- The candidates should be able to establish client insurance coverage by determining appropriate policies and coverage levels and establish methods of payment for insurance premiums, ensuring convenience and compliance with payment terms
- The candidates should be able to identify potential markets for insurance products and tailor sales strategies accordingly and ensure that appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- The candidates should be able to monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ inquiries promptly and professionally and provide excellent customer service, addressing clients’ needs and concerns with courtesy and efficiency
- The candidates should be able to provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, explaining the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features clearly and comprehensively
