Salary: Salary is not mentioned, $22.24 – $24.50 hourly estimated salary
Location: Saint John, NB, CA, E2J 2G4
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed post-secondary education, with a preference for a university degree
Experience: Candidates should have 1-3 years of exceptional customer service experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be individuals with previous experience in a call center environment
  • The candidates should be individuals with a desire to pursue a general insurance license and/or Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
  • The candidates should be individuals with strong teamwork and analytical skills
  • The candidates should be individuals with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to support the Insurance team by answering inbound calls from our CAA Insurance policy holders regarding general service and sales inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to respond to questions about billing options and payments from CAA Insurance policy holders
  • The candidates should be able to send outbound correspondence to CAA Insurance policy holders
  • The candidates should be able to make outbound calls to existing CAA Insurance policy holders to collect needed information
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the collection of data for departmental reporting
  • The candidates should be able to provide support for ongoing departmental projects and initiatives
  • The candidates should be able to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) including first call resolution, average call handle times, and various other customer service metrics to ensure top-quality service is being provided
