Shifts: Day, Weekend, 08:00 to 18:00

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Type of product: Fruit trees
Type of crops: Vineyard, Grapes, Cherries, Apples, Garlic
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to do fruit and vegetable combination farming, and viticulture
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to distinguish between colours
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
- The candidates should be able to work at heights, in wet/damp area, outdoors, hot area, and dusty area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should have values and ethics, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to do brush collecting, clipping, de-leafing, fruit trees training
- The candidates should be able to do grading, hand harvesting vegetables, hoeing crops, lowering, shoot positioning
- The candidates should be able to maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, suckering
- The candidates should be able to do weeding, harvest crops, tying
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for market
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports
