Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in fruit and vegetable combination farming, capable of handling repetitive tasks and proficient in handling heavy loads typically encountered in farming
- The candidates should be physically fit, attentive to detail, and skilled in hand-eye coordination, capable of distinguishing between colors as needed in farming tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods during farming activities, adaptable to bending, crouching, and kneeling as required in the agricultural setting, and willing to work overtime when necessary for farm operations
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, examine produce for quality, and prepare it for the market
- The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables, pick row and orchard crops, and load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
