Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be comfortable working outdoors, as well as familiar with viticulture
The candidates should be capable of working at heights and able to work in wet or damp conditions, as well as in dusty environments
The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions and in all weather conditions
The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to work independently, while also being capable of performing repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads
The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks and possess hand-eye coordination, as well as the ability to distinguish between colors and demonstrate attention to detail
The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and bend, crouch, and kneel as needed, while also being willing to work overtime when required and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

The candidates should be able to apply the technique of hoeing between the row, ensuring effective weed control and soil management, while also being able to clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment
The candidates should be able to clear fields of wood and stones, ensuring a safe and obstacle-free working environment, and grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market, ensuring product quality and market competitiveness
The candidates should be able to guide growing shoots into optimal development positions, promoting healthy growth and maximizing yield potential, and hand-harvest vegetables carefully, ensuring minimal damage to the produce during harvesting
The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring even and smooth surfaces for farming activities, and maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes, ensuring optimal vine health and fruit quality
The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops efficiently, ensuring timely harvesting to maintain product quality and freshness, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops systematically, promoting healthy growth and maximizing yield potential
The candidates should be able to remove manually all suckers and water sprouts, ensuring proper plant growth and development, and tie and secure plants, providing support and stability for optimal growth
The candidates should be able to train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality, utilizing pruning and training techniques to maximize yield and fruit quality, and perform weeding activities, ensuring weed control and promoting crop health
The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports, documenting daily activities and achievements for record-keeping and analysis, and harvest crops efficiently, ensuring timely harvesting to maintain product quality and freshness
The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry safely and efficiently, using appropriate equipment and techniques, and examine products for quality and readiness for the market, conducting thorough inspections to ensure that only high-quality produce is sent to market
The candidates should be able to cut horticultural crops efficiently, using appropriate tools and techniques to harvest crops at the optimal time
