Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization:Â Tree service and Landscape construction
Equipment and machinery experience: Chain saw, Front end loader, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment, Sod cutter, and Tractor
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Area of work experience: Snow removal
Security and safety: Driver’s validity licence check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and possess manual dexterity with a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, and be capable of managing a large workload

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hire, supervise, and schedule staff, plan and direct grounds maintenance
- The candidates should be able to organize and direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
- The candidates should be able to organize and direct the construction of fences, decks, and walls
- The candidates should be able to plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, read blueprints and drawings, establish work schedules and procedures, and repair and maintain equipment
- The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to resolve work-related problems
