Salary: $24.50 to $29.50 hourly (to be negotiated) 30 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Burnaby, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, organized, flexible, and reliable
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform routine clerical duties, co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
- The candidates should be able to record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules and procedures
- The candidates should be able to dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, monitor personnel workloads and locations
- The candidates should be able to light cleaning duties, co-ordinate, assign and review work
- The candidates should be able to maintain vehicle operator work records
