Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed college or CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, create, investigate, track, and complete work orders, and train workers in their duties and policies
- The candidates should be able to resolve work-related problems, record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment, and establish work schedules and procedures
- The candidates should be able to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- The candidates should be able to assist with the maintenance of communications equipment, advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, keep track of shipments, plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, and maintain vehicle operator work records
