Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, client focus, dependable, organized, initiative, flexible

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments, perform routine clerical duties
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units, co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
- The candidates should be able to compile worksheets and specifications of orders, create, investigate, track and complete work orders
- The candidates should be able to monitor production progress, prepare and maintain progress and other reports
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
