Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should be attentive to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be equipped with efficient interpersonal skills and should be flexible in their approach to tasks

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to organizational standards, and should be able to coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering collaboration and synergy across the organization
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports accurately and in a timely manner, providing comprehensive insights into operational activities, and should be able to ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, troubleshooting issues as needed to minimize disruptions
- The candidates should be able to arrange for maintenance and repair work promptly, ensuring the ongoing functionality of essential equipment, and should be able to resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- The candidates should be able to coordinate, assign, and review work efficiently, delegating tasks effectively to optimize workflow, and should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as necessary, maintaining adequate inventory levels to support operation
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities
