Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Cuisine specialties: Vietnamese cuisine
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as required, adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and work overtime when required
• The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks, sit for extended periods, and walk as required
• The candidates should be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should focus on clients, demonstrate dependability, and exhibit efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should communicate excellently in oral communication, show initiative, and demonstrate reliability
• The candidates should demonstrate honesty

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, administer medications, and assist clients in water (i.e. pool)
• The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk, and feed or assist in feeding
• The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and plan therapeutic diets and menus
• The candidates should be able to provide companionship, provide personal care, and shop for food and household supplies
• The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals
