Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: 7045 TRANMERE DR. Mississauga, ON L5S 1M2
Work setting: Office and Warehouse
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and SAP (FI/CO/HR/MM/OT SD)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should maintain a positive attitude and be quick learners
- The candidates should demonstrate effective time management and accuracy in their work
- The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be organized team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry and coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
- The candidates should be able to prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents
- The candidates should have proficiency in MS Office
