Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook
Security and safety: criminal record check, and basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks and capable of handling physically demanding work
- The candidates should be proficient in tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, stairs, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers, wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, perform minor repairs on appliances, and perform safety and security checks
- The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- The candidates should be able to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, coordinate, assign, and review work, and perform safety and security checks
