Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related discipline
Experience: Candidates should have 5 years of experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment or a combination of equivalent studies and experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience in the food industry and should be bilingual
  • The candidates should possess experience with preventive management IT systems
  • The candidates should be comfortable with the tools of the Ms. Office suite and possess strong communication skills
  • The candidates should act as owner of their assigned tasks
  • The candidates should demonstrate a strong work structure and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • The candidates should have experience in implementing changes
  • The candidates should exhibit leadership qualities
  • The candidates should excel as mobilizers within their teams

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to report to the Maintenance Director and supervise a technical team composed of mechanics, electrical technicians, planners, and coordinators spread over different shifts
  • The candidates should be able to implement actions aimed at improving equipment reliability and able to ensure the execution of preventive maintenance and the weekly maintenance schedule
  • The candidates should be able to escalate operational issues to maximize the speed of resolution and able to manage their teams, including coaching, development, training, and compliance with rules
  • The candidates should be able to carry out time management and able to ensure the achievement of the efficiency and financial objectives of their department
  • The candidates should be able to perform problem resolution (DMAIC) on technical shutdowns as well as recurring shutdowns and able to contribute to operational meetings and management routines (daily and weekly DDS) with indicators and technical information on equipment performance
  • The candidates should be able to provide electrical technical expertise for aspects of maintenance, performance, and improvement of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. They are responsible for adherence to Kraft Heinz Manufacturing Management System (KHMS) practices and tools
  • The candidates should be able to support the maintenance coordinator in daily fault management and able to participate in the identification and implementation of the annual project plan to ensure improvement in the performance of their department
  • The candidates should be able to ensure management of the health and safety of their team members and compliance with current procedures
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the achievement of the HSE objectives of their department and able to implement preventive and corrective actions
  • The candidates should be able to carry out observation tours and preventive inspections (GEMBA) and able to ensure compliance with various OHS standards (wearing PPE, lockout, working at height, confined spaces, and environmental standards)
  • The candidates should be able to ensure HSE training for their staff (lockout, and enclosed spaces) and able to carry out audits of the execution of HSE tasks according to the procedures in force
  • The candidates should be able to participate in accident investigations in their sector and able to carry out risk analyzes of work orders. They are responsible for compliance with the quality standards of their department
  • The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with quality rules (documentation, follow-up procedures, and HACCP) and able to ensure the implementation of quality preventive/corrective actions
  • The candidates should be able to carry out follow-ups to ensure compliance with quality verification procedures for all staff and able to implement preventive and corrective measures
