Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of five years of previous financial business operations and/or student services experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess knowledge of operational management and leadership concepts and practices, including program/service delivery models, policy development, planning, budgeting, performance measurement management, and human resources
- The candidates should have knowledge of GAAP, financial business operations, accounts receivable, and financial recording and reporting and should be Certified Professional Accountant
- The candidates should demonstrate knowledge of relevant governing legislation, collective agreements, policies, and procedures
- The candidates should have knowledge of office operations as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
- The candidates should be proficient in using office productivity software, databases, internet browsers and search engines, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices
- The candidates should have knowledge of cultural competency and diversity in a business context and should utilize their knowledge to lead student accounts and have two years of supervision and leadership experience
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage day-to-day student account operations efficiently
- The candidates should be able to support collaboration and coordination among team members
- The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with financial transaction recording and reporting requirements
