Experience: Candidates should have costing experience in SAP

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to source and evaluate products from assigned categories to meet the needs of the Agricultural Operations business unit, requiring a highly detail-oriented and organized individual with a commitment to accuracy
- The candidates should be able to manage a high volume of purchase orders, creating and managing inventory purchase orders for production, maintenance, repair, and service purchase orders, and purchase orders for procurement and Veterinary/Breeder service teams
- The candidates should be able to manage vendor set up and updates in SAP, follow up on open purchase orders, and update monthly purchase orders and critical inventory trackers and should be able to work with corporate purchasing to update vendor catalogues and implement preferred or mandatory supply arrangements
- The candidates should be able to address supplier quality or service issues, maintain standardized purchasing procedures and controls for AgOps, and assist supervisors in managing expenditures against budgets
- The candidates should be able to support zero-based budget details with standardized weekly/monthly reporting and ensure purchasing controls are followed while identifying opportunities for improvements
- The candidates should be able to review invoices against purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, deal with issues presented by accounts payable, and complete Electronic Change Records in SAP for new material setups
- The candidates should be able to review SAP purchase orders/invoice receipts weekly, follow up on outstanding invoices, and run open purchase order listings at period end for finance accrual and receiving completeness
- The candidates should be able to approve supplies invoices using the ARIBA invoice system and be able to create and manage weekly inventory counts, generate Weekly Egg Settlement Report and Levy Payments, and submit Egg Settlements to head office for payment
- The candidates should be able to manage Hatching Egg pricing conditions and account receivables for our breeder producers, including creating manual credits and debits directed by Finance and be able to create vendor accounts and serve as a backup for creating Hatching Egg purchase orders, as well as follow up on outstanding account receivables directed by Finance and process credit invoices
- The candidates should be able to serve as backup for Order Entry, demonstrate professional office etiquette, manage the front office and supplies, sort and distribute mail, and prepare UPS packages for shipment
- The candidates should be able to manage the Cisco phone line system, greet visitors, and control/direct deliveries/visitors coming through the front gate
