Requirements:

Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years of strategic media experience, preferably with multichannel national advertising clients

- The candidates should have a minimum of a college degree or certificate
- The candidates should have media expertise with 3+ years of media planning experience, including an advanced understanding of all or most media vehicles and channels, with an in-depth understanding of digital media
- The candidates should have experience leveraging industry-standard planning tools and data sets to create data-driven media plans and optimizations
- The candidates should have a strong analytics background, with the ability to triangulate between data, brand goals, and opportunities
- The candidates should be able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, balancing short-term and long-term needs and implications
- The candidates should have strong knowledge of typical processes and tools utilized by buying or investment teams across all media types, particularly TV, publishing, programmatic buying, reserved digital, social, and search

- The candidates should operate with discipline, showing relentless attention to detail and strong project management skills. They should recognize potential issues and problems, know when to escalate, and propose solutions where possible, taking clear ownership of assigned tasks
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop tactical media strategy and planning across all media channels such as Digital, TV, Print and Audio
- The candidates should be able to utilize syndicated planning tools to run reports and develop insights that align with the brand marketing strategies and objectives
- The candidates should be able to collaborate closely with the Digital Media Specialist for plan inputs and to ensure digital campaigns are created and delivered in line with brand plans
- The candidates should be able to deliver ongoing data-driven media digital campaign optimization recommendations
- The candidates should be able to evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities and bring forward recommendations
- The candidates should be able to lead Media Operations, including budget management, stewardship of media buy, proof of performance, and budget actualization
- The candidates should be able to lead statuses and coordinate communication with the brand team(s) and execute campaigns across traditional media channels
- The candidates should be able to serve as the day-to-day contact for agency partners, handling collaboration and timing
