Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Windows
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of managing a large caseload

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interview patients effectively to obtain case histories and initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records securely
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material promptly and perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments efficiently and complete insurance and other claim forms accurately
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines as needed
