Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows and Electronic medical records
Security and safety: Confidential security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and manage a large caseload
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, client-focused and able to demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent oral communication, excellent written communication and show sound judgement
- The candidates should be organized, reliable and a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interview patients to obtain case histories and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to complete insurance and other claim forms and maintain a filing system
- The candidates should be able to order supplies and maintain inventory and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
- The candidates should be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
