Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure a safe, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
- The candidates should be able to provide nonstop excellence in guest service and perform general on-hill tasks and maintenance
- The candidates should be able to instruct, coach, and guide guests of all ages, from beginner to advanced riders
- The candidates should be able to provide lesson ability reports and relevant administration forms
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and adherence to the Bikers Responsibility Code
- The candidates should be able to act as ambassadors and hosts at various functions for the resort on and off the hill
- The candidates should be able to know and adhere to the policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
- The candidates should be able to know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
- The candidates should be able to know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management or Return-to-Work Programs and perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
