Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to grade vegetables and fruits into different grades based on size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value
The candidates should be able to hand-harvest vegetables and shear and shape trees and plants with a knife as needed
The candidates should be able to clean the work area, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
The candidates should be able to examine products for quality and readiness for the market, ensuring high standards are met
