Location: Aldergrove, BC
Shifts: 09:00 to 17:30
Type of crops: Mushrooms

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work outdoors and in confined spaces
The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp conditions and handle odours
The candidates should be able to work in dusty conditions
The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and work under pressure
The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, meet tight deadlines, and handle physically demanding work
The candidates should have manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colours
The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, and be comfortable bending, crouching, kneeling, and sitting
The candidates should be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and manage a large workload

Other Requirements:

The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, be flexible, and be reliable
The candidates should be a team player and have strong values and ethics

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
