Transportation information: Public transportation is available, Travel expenses paid by employer, Willing to travel, and Willing to travel regularly
Work setting: Employer’s home, Work in employer’s/client’s home
Target audience: Children, and Kindergarten age (4 – 5 years)

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years 
Credentials: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Reference required

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be non-smoking and scent-free
• The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication
• The candidates should exhibit flexibility, take initiative, and exercise good judgment while being organized, reliable team players

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies, travel with the family on trips, and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
• The candidates should be able to wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
• The candidates should be able to instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children, prepare and serve nutritious meals, supervise and care for children, and take children to and from school and appointments while tending to their emotional well-being
