Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be prepared for repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be organized, be a team player, and be accurate

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, respond to employee questions and complaints, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
