Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat Reader

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to multitask, be excellent in oral communication, and be excellent in written communication
  • The candidates should be able to manage time effectively

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform data entry
