Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Database Software 

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and demonstrate attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to show flexibility, demonstrate reliability, manage time effectively, and work as a team player

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to implement and review new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities, administer policies related to the release of records, and coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and maintenance
  • The candidates should be able to assist in preparing operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assemble data for reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry, train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and resolve conflict situations
  • The candidates should be able to coach, monitor and evaluate staff, oversee payroll administration, and plan and control budget and expenditures
