Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks
  • The candidates should be able to handle a large workload efficiently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be excellent in oral communication, conveying ideas and information effectively
  • The candidates should demonstrate excellent written communication skills for clear and concise documentation
  • The candidates should be organized, maintaining a systematic approach to tasks and responsibilities
  • The candidates should exhibit reliability in meeting commitments and deadlines
  • The candidates should possess the ability to multitask, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • The candidates should have strong time management skills to efficiently allocate and prioritize tasks

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and delegate work to office support staff
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines while carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • The candidates should be able to administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assemble data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, train staff, plan and control budget and expenditures, and oversee payroll administration
