Salary: $45,000 annually for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, QC
Shifts: Day, Weekend, To be determined
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Transportation, communication and utilities
Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, 5-10 people, and 11-15 people
Budgetary responsibility: $0 – $100,000 and $100,001 – $500,000
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, social media, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, accounting software, and electronic mail
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and manage a large caseload with attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, organized, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. They should also have good judgement, efficient interpersonal skills, and strong values and ethics
- The candidates should be flexible, a team player, and possess good time management skills
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate administrative services, collect and record administrative and service fees, and conduct research
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
- The candidates should be able to hire and train staff, or arrange for their training, and interview, hire, and provide training for new employees
