- The candidates should be able to greet all customers and display warm demeanor, accurately account for cash and coupon, lottery, and PC Optimum
- The candidates should be able to accurately scan or enters product data
- The candidates should be able to ask for customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction
- The candidates should be able to ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to customers’ receipt and return of goods
- The candidates should be able to merchandise and maintain designated areas, including tasks such as facing, signing, labeling, and other related activities
- The candidates should be able to ensure that loss prevention standards are followed to safeguard the store’s assets and prevent theft or shrinkage
- The candidates should be able to control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory, ensuring accuracy, security, and adherence to established procedures
- The candidates should be able to present a proper image to the public, adhering to the Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines of the store
- The candidates should be able to comply with all health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for both customers and employees
- The candidates should be able to comply with all store policies and procedures, including but not limited to operating hours, customer service protocols, and inventory management guidelines
- The candidates should be able to ensure the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- The candidates should be able to perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the store
