Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning, 06:00 to 18:00
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in environments with odors, hot conditions, and cold or refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be able to work in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks, have good manual dexterity, and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should have attention to detail, be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, be physically capable of meeting demands, and work under pressure
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to meet tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client satisfaction, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and demonstrate flexibility in their approach
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities, work well as part of a team, and show initiative in their work
- The candidates should be accurate in their tasks, have excellent oral communication, and demonstrate good judgment
- The candidates should be organized in their work approach
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials, remove filled containers from conveyors, and manually pack goods into bags, boxes, or other containers
- The candidates should be able to feed and unload processing machines, check products and packaging for basic quality defects, and assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
